Graham is the Founder and Managing Director of Capital Tax Recruitment, a specialist search firm trusted by leading accountancy practices, law firms and in-house tax teams across the UK and internationally.
Prior to entering recruitment, Graham graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law & Taxation and gained hands on technical tax experience at JP Morgan and Ernst & Young before moving into several of the industry’s leading tax recruitment and executive search firms. Immediately prior to founding Capital Tax Recruitment, he led the Tax division of the UK’s largest private equity backed accountancy and finance recruiter.
With over 20 years of academic, professional and executive search experience within the tax sector, Graham combines deep market knowledge and longstanding relationships with the latest technology, data and AI enabled tools. This blend of expertise and innovation enables him to deliver high profile and complex appointments efficiently, while maintaining the judgement, discretion and insight developed over two decades in the tax sector.
Outside of work, Graham still plays rugby for Reading RFC, the club where he first played as a schoolboy. He is proud that Capital Tax Recruitment sponsors both Reading RFC and RAMS Rugby Football Club, an ambitious and high performing club competing in National League 1, the third tier of English rugby union. He values time with family and friends and remains actively involved in his local community.
