Graham Young
Managing Director

Graham is the founding Director of Capital Tax Recruitment and in addition to managing his own clients and maintaining a hands-on role with all mandates across the business, is also responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company as well as executing its ambitious expansion plans.

Prior to entering recruitment Graham graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law & Taxation and gained hands on tax experience at JP Morgan and Ernst & Young LLP before moving into some of the industries leading boutique tax recruitment firms. Immediately prior to founding Capital Tax Recruitment he was the Head of Tax Recruitment for the UK’s largest Private Equity backed Accountancy & Finance recruiter.

Graham has accrued over 20 years of diverse academic, professional and commercial experience in the tax industry which has enabled him to successfully execute some of the most high profile and challenging appointments across the tax market in recent years.

Graham is supported in his role by a team of highly skilled researchers and consultants that have specific areas of focus across Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Mixed Tax, VAT, International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Employment Tax and Global Mobility.

Nick Clark
Corporate Infrastructure & Sales

Nick joined Capital Tax Recruitment in 2020 as a Senior Business Advisor. Nick has over 35 years of business and sales experience and is the Director of a multi-million pound turnover office solutions business that has been trading for over 100 years. Nick provides advice and support around Capital Tax Recruitments corporate infrastructure and sales strategy. In his spare time Nick enjoys watching and attending sports events with a particular interest in horse racing and football, being a Reading FC season ticket holder, in addition to spending time with his family.

Warren Kemp
Strategy & Growth

Warren joined Capital Tax Recruitment in 2020 as a Strategy, Execution & Growth Advisor. Warren entered the recruitment industry in the early 90’s, setting up and running a boutique executive search firm before founding RMI, a recruitment management consultancy business in 1998. Warren has subsequently accrued over 24 years advising recruitment businesses and is one of the best known trainers, speakers and advisors within the sector. A key example of his work has included the provision of strategy and growth advice to a legal recruitment firm that grew from 7 to 74 staff before its sale for an 8 figure sum. In his spare time Warren enjoys sports with a particular interest in football and fishing in addition to spending time with his family.
